Payment

You can pay securely by Visa, Mastercard or using your PayPal account.  For all of these payment methods we use the security of Stripe Payments.

Shipping

Postage and handling costs will be determined at checkout. Postage and handling costs are determined by size and weight of the item or items ordered and delivery destination. At checkout you will be required to enter your delivery postcode to calculate postage and handling cost.

On rare occasions a bulky item may not be able to be shipped to remote destinations. If this occurs, we will contact you asap to let you know.

Delivery is either by Australia Post or a courier company as chosen by Hollyhock. Where we use Australia Post we will generally use regular parcel post service (not express post)

We will process, package and despatch your order within 1-4 business days. Business days excludes weekends and public holidays.

You will be notified by email when your items have been shipped and provided with tracking details. Once notified of shipment expect your items to arrive anywhere between 1 -10 business days depending on your delivery destination.

Where an item is returned to Hollyhock due to the customer entering an incorrect delivery address, not accepting delivery or not picking up a delivery from your local post office after an attempted delivery, the customer will be notified by email and will be required to repay for postage prior to the items being resent.

Where a courier service is used, the courier service may charge a redelivery fee if you are not home and you have not given authority to leave your items. Any redelivery fee is at your expense.

You have the option of nominating a different delivery address to your billing address at checkout. If a different delivery address is nominated, we will ship the item without an invoice included so the gift recipient does not know these details.

Items can be delivered to your work address if this is a better option for you. If you decide to use a work address, please indicate whether the item(s) can be left with reception.

We only deliver within Australia and do not deliver to overseas destinations. Customers overseas are welcome to shop at Hollyhock for delivery to their Australian family and friends.

Returns

Damaged item

We check all our items prior to posting and ensure they are package securely. If an item does arrive damaged, please contact us (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) within three days of receiving it to report the damage. Three days is determined from the day either Australia Post or the courier company delivers the items to your delivery destination. We will require you to send us a photo of the damaged item along with the packaging it arrived in, but we also reserve the right to request that the item be returned to us for inspection. Where it has been confirmed that the item is damaged we will either offer a full refund or send you a replacement item.

Change of mind

We choose our items carefully to ensure they are of the best quality and are described accurately. However, if you do change your mind and the item has not been used and is in its original condition with all packaging and tags attached please contact us at (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) within three days of receiving your item. Three days is determined from the day either Australia Post or the courier company delivers the items to your delivery destination.

If you choose to return an item because of change of mind you will incur the postage costs to resend the item to us. We will only refund the item cost and not any postage costs related to that item. We request that the item to be returned is package properly to ensure that it does not receive any damage when posted back to Hollyhock. If items are damaged in the return post, due to not ensuring the items are package correctly, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
